Free-trial eligibility
To limit the 7-minute trial to one per account and browser, we process a browser fingerprint locally and store keyed hashes of the fingerprint, account and email, plus a signed browser cookie. Raw fingerprint components are not sent to our server or a fingerprinting vendor. The cookie lasts one year. Used-trial hashes are retained to prevent repeat claims, including after transcript deletion. Shared browsers may not qualify for another free trial; paid practice remains available.
Your account and practice records
Resume text, role analysis and its evidence, your confirmed target, interview plans, transcripts and reports are saved under your account in Cloudflare D1. Role suggestions do not decide your career direction: you confirm or edit the target. Google sign-in identifies your account.
Documents, AI and voice processing
PDF, DOCX and TXT files are processed by the application server. The original file is not retained. Extracted text, filename, size, page count where available, and a file fingerprint are saved under your account to trace the source of a plan. You can review and edit the extracted text before analysis; removing it from a draft does not delete the import record. When you request analysis or a report, relevant text is sent to APIMart. Voice sessions use LiveKit, Deepgram speech recognition and ElevenLabs speech synthesis.
Separate choices for recording and improvement
Audio recording is off by default. If enabled, recordings are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket for 30 days and cleaned by a scheduled task. Question-library improvement is a separate opt-in. De-identified candidate questions require review and are not automatically published.
Drafts and account data
The preparation form keeps a draft in this browser tab, including across sign-in; it clears the draft after a session is created. Resume-direction analyses are stored separately for review. You can delete an ended interview from your account. Full self-service export and deletion controls are not yet available.
